My business is tax exempt, will I be charged tax? 

We are required to collect sales tax on certain number of states. If your business is tax exempt, please provide us with a valid Sales Tax Certificate or proof of being a non-profit institution. You may email the document to our email address at winstontrading20@gmail.com. Please make sure to include the email address (username) used to register at our website. 

When do you charge payment?

Whether you are placing an order on your account through your website, emailing an order in, faxing, or calling in, we do not charge any payment at that time. When we receive your order, we will send it to the warehouse for processing and the warehouse staff will make note of what items are in stock and what items are not. When we get the order form back from the warehouse, we will update the order in the system and send you an updated invoice which will only list the items that are available. At the time, we will also include any shipping costs/charges for the order for you to review. Once you confirm the order is correct and that it is ok to ship, we will charge payment for the order and the order will be shipped out of our warehouse.

How long will it take to process my order?

Our sales and warehouse teams work hard to ensure that your order is processed, prepared, and shipped in a timely manner. When we receive an order, a sales rep will process the order into our system and send it to the warehouse. Our warehouse staff will then begin picking and packing the items for shipping. They will also mark down which items are available and which ones are not. Once the order has been packed by the warehouse, the order is sent back to the sales rep for review and editing. The sales rep will then send you a copy of the updated order which will reflect final item availability, the quantities you will be receiving in this order, and the final cost for the merchandise. The sales rep will then contact you for final confirmation on the order, provide you with the freight costs, and once you confirm and approve the order, charge payment for the products. We will then ship the order out with the requested freight carrier.

How long does it take my order to ship?

If the order is small (ex: 10 items or less) the warehouse will need around one (1) to two (2) business days to prepare the order and for the office staff to contact you to inform you the order is ready. If it is a larger order, it may take up to three (3) to five (5) business days to prepare. 

How much does shipping cost?

For small or loose shipments, we will ship them through UPS. Freight is calculated based on the dimensions and weight of each box along with a fuel surcharge.

Large shipments will ship through freight carriers. Costs will vary depending on the shipment dimensions, pallet(s) weight, and zip code. Any residential zip codes, requests for a liftgate, or inside delivery will incur additional charges from the carrier.

We do look for the most economical freight options for you when we ship out your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once an order has been shipped, transit and delivery times are dependent on the freight carrier used to ship your order. The standard time is five(5) to seven(7) business days but that is subject to change based on the carrier. You are welcome to use expedited shipping if you wish bearing in mind that expedited shipping does cost more.
